Pool Inspection
We are Certified Pool Operators (CPO) / Certified Pool Inspectors (CPI) registered with the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD.)
Pool and Spa Inspection
Add $150
Separate Checklist and photos shall be provided including a safety check for VGB Compliance. Pool Inspection shall include a check for Safety Features, Equipment Inventory, Water Quality Test, Pump and Filter Inspection.
Travel Fee (Included if within 40 miles of Downtown)
Homes located within 40 Miles outside of City of Las Vegas

Our Inspectors will travel to properties in Henderson, Boulder City, East Las Vegas, Summerlin, Souther Highlands and North Las Vegas to inspect your home. Includes Primm.
Travel Fee (If more then 50 miles of Downtown)
Homes located more then 50 Miles outside of City of Las Vegas
Add $75
Our Inspectors will travel to inspect homes, cabins or Mobile Homes on Mt. Charleston, Cold Creek, Indian Springs, Boulder City, Searchlight and Sandy Valley. We love Nevada and included it in our name. #HomeCheckNevada. Please add Travel Fee for properties within these areas.
Travel Fee (If more then 75 miles of Downtown)
Homes located more then 75 Miles outside of City of Las Vegas
Add $125
Our Inspectors will travel to inspect homes, cabins and Mobile Homes in Moapa Valley, Overton, Bunkerville, Mesquite, Laughlin and others. We love Nevada and included it in our name. #HomeCheckNevada. Please add Travel Fee for properties withing these areas.
Re-Inspection
Inspection of Completed Suggested Repairs
Add $75
We are happy to review repaired items for you, take photos and e-mail you our findings. A Revised Summary Sheet separate from the Original Report will be generated for record. Travel Fee list above shall apply please.
